Dartford Conference Centre

Landworth have successfully completed the Design and Build of a new purpose-built Conference Centre near Barking, electrical works commenced in march 2017 and were completed in January 2018. Landworth were responsible for the Design and Build of all mains and sub mains distribution incorporating standby power via a generator. A low glare intelligent lighting system to the 3-storey building was provided to all floors, landscape and street lighting was also provided to the site wide exterior. A Paxton Net 10 Access control system was installed to all doors with integration to the new security system installed by Landworth. A CCTV system including video entry, automatic control to all gates, rising barriers, and automatic bollards were designed and provided along with a new fire alarm and aspiration Control unit to building to CAT L1 standard.

All Data and Fibre Optic cabling were install to the interior and the exterior of the building complete with a AV cabling to the interior of the building.
